Implementation Process:

• Set up CINA PC / Server
• Establish CINA connectivity to database(s), EMR’s, Networks, etc.
• “Map” data elements to be moved into CDR
• Initial data import into the CDR
• Review Protocol Content Data with Medical Staff
• Test Reports (Point of Care or PQRI) for accuracy
• Printer set up / Automated report generation set up (with POC)
• Minimal training requirements
• Ongoing monitoring of content / output by providers
