CINA’s Reporting Services utilize the full scope of the standardized data housed within the CINA CDR™ to create a wide range of comprehensive reporting options. Aimed at assisting practices in improved patient population management, CINA’s reporting options include patient registries and clinical measure reports for both the provider and the practice. Reporting is central to the practice that is seeking to become recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home or for Meaningful Use application, but it is also a management tool for any practice aiming for improvements in quality care or workflow efficiency.

 

Behind the Scenes
All reporting is done behind the scenes and eliminates the need for manual data entry and provider intervention. Data is automatically pulled from the EMR and other data sources, standardized, coded, and submitted to the appropriate organization.

 

Internal Reporting and Benchmarking
The standardized data housed within the CINA CDR, in conjunction with protocol-directed output (customized to the provider) allows a wide variety of practice reporting and benchmarking. A group of the most commonly requested reports and registries are preformatted for ease of use and may be generated at the provider, practice, or patient level.

 

Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) Qualified Registry
As a CMS Qualified Registry for PQRI Reporting, CINA can report measures on behalf of the provider to CMS on an annual basis, eliminating the need for claims-based reporting of PQRI codes and significantly increasing reporting success.

Bridges to Excellence (BTE) aggregator
Acting as the equivalent to PQRI of the private sector, BTE offers incentive programs for quality improvement. The CINA Quality Suite’s unique ability to focus Providers’ attention to the gaps in care at the point of care achieves rapid improvements in guideline compliance. Assessment of guideline compliance is performed by independent, third party organizations.

 

Meaningful Use

CINA’s Quality Suite has a wide range of product offerings to assist providers participating in the CMS “Meaningful Use” incentive program. Practices may use any combination of certified electronic medical record technologies to meet meaningful use requirements. Using the CINA Quality Suite, EP’s can fulfill the reporting requirements for many of the Meaningful Use objectives.
