CINA’s Quality Suite has a wide range of product offerings to assist providers participating in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) “Meaningful Use” incentive program under the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment ACT (ARRA). Meeting the criteria to qualify for the Meaningful Use incentive program requires practices to incorporate many processes that can often be accomplished more easily and comprehensively through use of the CINA Quality Suite in conjunction with an EMR. The CINA Quality Suite enables providers to “meaningfully use” clinical data for improved care and fulfill the reporting requirements for many of the Meaningful Use objectives.

• Generate lists of patients by condition / disease (Disease Registry)
• Create reminders to patients for prevention / follow-up care
• Implement five clinical decision support rules relevant to the practice population
• Provide patients with an electronic copy of their health information
• Provide a clinical summary to the patient for each office visit
• Exchange key clinical information among providers and other entities
• Submit electronic data to state immunization registries
• Provide electronic surveillance data to public health agencies
• Electronically report ambulatory quality measures to CMS and/or state data warehouses
