Interest in the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) over the past few years has burgeoned to include stakeholders from many segments of the industry. The current legislative focus, along with innovative efforts from Medicare, commercial payers and the employer community has focused significant attention on the PCMH, with many provider organizations launching concerted efforts to become certified as a PCMH.
