Jim May, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Jim May is CINA’s co-founder and the visionary and chief software architect behind the company’s innovative product offerings.  Since its founding in 2004, Mr. May has led CINA’s growth and expansion as a market leader in the areas of clinical data integration, data extraction and standardization, and data analysis. Prior to CINA, Mr. May served as co-founder and CEO of Integrated Outcomes, Inc., a software development and consulting firm. He was also founder and CEO of May-Craft Information Systems, Inc., a systems integration firm ranked in the top 20 of the Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest-growing firms. Mr. May has also served as CFO of Brookhaven Medical Center, a 365-bed Dallas-based hospital; CFO of Interphase Corporation, a publicly traded international manufacturer of high-speed fiber optic devices; and as a consultant to senior management of rapidly growing companies. Mr. May has been a regular contributor to a variety of industry publications and is an active participant in industry organizations.  He currently serves on several national healthcare standards-setting organizations and is a member of the Executive Committee of ASTM International. Mr. May, who is a frequent speaker at national healthcare conferences, holds an MBA from the University of Dallas.
 
Cathy Bryan, Director and Chief Clinical Officer
As co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer for CINA, Cathy Bryan develops and oversees the clinical aspects of the company’s product offerings and is the primary liaison with its clients. Prior to CINA, Ms. Bryan co-founded Integrated Outcomes, Inc. with Mr. May, serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations for that company. She also served as Vice President of Clinical Services for Corinthian Health Services, a developer of provider-based ambulatory infusion centers.  Ms. Bryan was a consultant to various healthcare organizations and physician practices for several years as well. She brings extensive industry knowledge to her role with CINA, including authoring a comprehensive policy manual for physician-based ambulatory infusion centers, assisting provider organizations with industry accreditations, and utilizing information technology to support quality improvement, disease management and decision support in a variety of healthcare settings. Ms. Bryan has been published in the Journal of Healthcare Management and Informatics in Primary Care and speaks frequently at national conferences. She received her BS in Nursing from Baylor University and her MHA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Debra Fields, Principal, Advance Healthcare Consultant
Ms. Fields assists CINA’s executive management team in developing their corporate strategies, partnership development and marketing functions. She is an accomplished healthcare information technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in leading new business strategies for the HIT sector. In her career, Ms. Fields has organized and managed sales and marketing teams, lead product development, formalized internet and e-business strategies, and lead strategic mergers and acquisition activities for several healthcare IT organizations. As Principal of AHC, Ms. Fields works closely with executive management teams from emerging healthcare technology companies, health plans, pharmacies, associations, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to develop product strategies, identify potential strategic alliances, perform market research and validation studies, business development activities, and market assessments. Recent projects include automated pediatric vision screening and assessment technologies, personal health records, healthcare security tools, electronic medical records, pharmaceutical compliance, and care management, as well as market validation studies for emerging technologies, e-prescribing, statewide collaborative community projects, and deployment of a national formulary database.
 
Don Navarro, Director and Strategic Business Advisor
Mr. Navarro leads CINA’s strategic business efforts to evolve the company into a successful enterprise built on the commercialization of the CINA Quality Suite. Throughout his career, Mr. Navarro has provided tactical and strategic advisory and implementation services to boards of directors, senior executive management teams, and individuals in a wide range of services and industries. This experience has enabled him to assist a diverse group of clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives. Mr. Navarro has served on public and private corporate boards of distinction, and has played a major role in the successful growth of several well known U.S. companies. He has effectively represented clients in negotiations to develop and implement strategies, advised and represented private and public companies and individuals in acquisitions and mergers, and devised and facilitated strategies for asset utilization, debt placement, and financial and management restructuring.
